We don't currently have a way to obtain the Sametime server name, but we're looking into ways to get it that don't require the user to re-enter it. (The name is already being entered into a separate gateway server).

It looks like we may need to use the web-based Sametime Connect after all. We're beginning to accept that we may not be able to auto-launch a message window without the current user's credentials.
